Good features
Besides the entertainment and mental stimulation it gives babies, it also has features for practicability and convenience. The compartment seat is detachable so it can be washed. Another nice thing about it is the seat will still look almost new even after several washings. The play center has 3 height adjustments. It makes the toy grow with people’s kids. And since babies are of diverse lengths/heights, this feature is very purposeful. This exersaucer also has a good-sized tray wherein other toys and even snacks could be put in. It is easy to clean up too. The push buttons has a control for the sounds and music volume. If parents think that the toy might be too loud already, they can easily adjust the setting.
Not so good attributes
The play center is not collapsible for transportation or storage. The pegs to secure the whole thing to one position do not work very well. It could easily undo and have the toy go back to its rocking mode. The voices produced by the push buttons, especially in the Spanish language, can be difficult to understand. It sounds a little muffled. The animal booklet could be heavy and stiff for the infants to turn. As for the baby seat, it can be hard to unsnap for cleaning.
Overall evaluation
The manufacturer of this toy did a good job of not overdoing it with noisy and electronic contraptions. At a price of $80, the baby einstein exersaucer is a very good buy. And as already stated, this toy would generate not only amusement but also educational stimulus to people’s infants. It has a range of activities for babies to get industrious with. There is no question that it will help in a child’s growth and development, and probable path to a Nobel Prize in their future.
